Had a solid stay! Clean rooms, quick check-in, and super close to the airport. Staff reached out via WhatsApp for transfers—very handy. Only downside was the noise from planes and neighbors. Overall, good value for a layover!

Efficient service but noisy nights

The hotel offers an incredibly convenient location, just 15 minutes from the airport. The staff was genuinely helpful and always reached out to assist with travel needs.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, making it hard to sleep with noises from neighboring rooms and aircraft. I also faced delays with the airport transfer service.

The staff at Airport Express in Istanbul were outstanding. Very attentive and helpful. I arrived smoothly at the hotel after just 15 minutes. Room was clean with decent amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar, though the soundproofing left much to be desired. I could hear conversations from the neighboring room and the noise from aircraft landing kept me awake. The breakfast was basic. no yogurt or fresh juice, which was disappointing. Overall, the service was commendable, but comfort and breakfast quality need improvements.
